When pandemic hiring pressure left Buchanan County employees in roles they were not prepared for, the county partnered with WorkForge and the St. Joseph Chamber to build shared training pathways for local businesses. The program hit a 97% completion rate, and one shift leader’s promotion to Night Supervisor helped earn his employer the county’s Employer of Choice recognition.
