The WorkForge Business Advisory Board provides strategic guidance and insights to inform the development and refinement of WorkForge’s solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the food manufacturing industry.

Tim has more than 30 years of experience in food manufacturing and automation. He is an Advisor for Coperion and previously served as President and CEO of Linxis Group and CEO of Shick Esteve. Earlier, he led automation, sales, and marketing at AMF Bakery Systems. He also chaired the board of BEMA, the baking equipment association, and knows the challenges bakery and snack producers face.

At Weber, a maker of food slicing and portioning systems, he leads programs that help new hires get up to speed faster and build strong leaders. He also co-founded Conatus3, a firm that advised companies on talent strategy and succession planning. He ties learning to productivity, quality, and engagement.

At Weber, a maker of food slicing and portioning systems, he leads programs that help new hires get up to speed faster and build strong leaders. She began as a food scientist in flavor and beverage development, then moved into business leadership at DuPont Nutrition and Health and Danisco.
